Circuit Judge Edward Servitto ordered Kimberly Mathers to serve 30 days in the Macomb County Jail and then be transferred to an inpatient substance abuse treatment program for an additional 90 days.

Mathers admitted a week ago to her probation agent that she was using cocaine, the Michigan Department of Corrections has said.

Mathers tested positive for cocaine after being given a urine test during a Jan. 29 meeting with the probation agent. She missed a scheduled meeting last week but later met with the agent and admitted using cocaine, the corrections department said.

Mathers was sentenced on Jan. 21 to two years’ probation after pleading guilty to charges of possessing 25 grams or less of cocaine and failing to give adequate space to an emergency vehicle. The charges stemmed from a June traffic stop in St. Clair Shores.

Among other conditions of her probation, Mathers was barred from using alcohol or nonprescription drugs and ordered to undergo random drug testing.

Defense attorney Michael Sinutko did not immediately return a telephone message left Thursday morning at his office.

Mathers and Eminem, whose legal name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, have a daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers.
